This Privacy Policy explains how VehiclePhoto ("we") handles information when you use our website and application (the "Service").

VehiclePhoto is operated by Archelaus LLC, a New York limited liability company, at 348 4th Avenue #1040, Brooklyn, NY 11215, United States — the controller for the information described here.

2. Information we collect

Account information (such as name, email, and rooftop/organization details) that you provide when signing up.

Content you upload — photos and inventory data — which we process to provide the Service.

Usage and device data collected automatically to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

3. How we use information

To provide and operate the Service, including processing your images into merchandising outputs.

To secure the Service, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Privacy controls built into the product

The Service includes policy-driven masking of license plates, faces, and VINs in processed imagery.

Camera/EXIF metadata can be stripped from outputs at processing time.

Edits create separate versions and do not overwrite your original uploads. Originals and their versions stay available while they are retained in your account. Deleting a listing removes it from your account. We attempt to remove the associated originals and edited files from storage; storage cleanup can fail or be delayed. Access to your files is governed by organization-scoped controls.

5. Sharing and processors

We use service providers (such as hosting, storage, payment, and image-processing providers) that process data on our behalf to run the Service. We share data with them only as needed for that purpose.

6. Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. To ask us to delete your data, contact us at the address in section 8.

7. If there is a breach

If a breach affects your personal information we will notify you as the law requires — within 30 days for New York residents under the New York SHIELD Act, and as otherwise required by state and federal breach-notification law.
