FAQ

Pricing, answered.

Straight answers on what it costs — no surprises on the bill later.

How does credit pricing work?

Simple: 1 credit covers standard processing of one listing-ready photo, for anything you sell, whether that’s a car, boat, bike, RV or piece of equipment. A 60-shot RV and an 8-shot trade-in each use what they take. Extra edits cost credits as shown in the app, and spins and videos use more credits than a photo. Plans are a fixed monthly or annual charge that includes a fixed number of credits. Putting your own plate on a photo, or a cleanup like removing a reflection, is 1 more credit.

Is there really a free way to start?

Yes. Sign up and we process your first photos free — you see real results on your own inventory before you pay. Downloads unlock with a Listing Pass ($39, one-time) or a plan. No sales call, no demo gate.

What happens if I go over my plan?

We don’t charge overages. When your credits run out, processing pauses until you buy more or upgrade. If you run out often, the next tier up is cheaper per photo.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes — up to 2× your monthly credits carry into the next month, so a slow week isn’t wasted.

Can I save by paying annually?

Yes. Choose annual billing when you subscribe and you get 2 months free: you pay for 10 months and get 12. To switch an existing plan to annual later, email support@vehiclephoto.com.
